  4. Then add all the other spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, gram flour) mix it properly with the chicken and cook for 02-03 minutes
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste and cook for another 5 minutes
  6. Add yoghurt in it and mix it properly and cook it for another 5-10 minutes
  7. Add fried onion, mix it and cook till all the oils comes out
  8. Fry until the oil separates
  9. Add water as per the gravy u want and boil it on a high flame →in the end add gram masala and garnish it with ginger strings and green chilli
