  1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl add yougart baryani masala ginger garlic paste and add chicken mix well.
  2. Soak rice for 30 minutes
  3. In a large pot add 8 cup of water add salt, cinnamon:stick, cumin, cardimom, bay leaves, mint leaves andgreen chilles.let it boil add rice when water bowl.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until 90 persent done.drain water.keep aside

  9. After 10 minutes dish out and serve hot with raita salad.
