- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4-5 slit Green Chillies
- 1 large finely chopped Onion
- 4-5 tbsp Oil
- 2 sprigs Curry Leaves

- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mentioned except the last one and set aside for an hour. It would be great if left in the refrigerator overnight. But it's absolutely okay if you are short of time.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok and add the slit green chilies and curry leaves. Now saute the onions until translucent and done with no raw smell. Add the marinated chicken now and stir until well mixed on a high flame.
- Keep the flame on high for the next 3 to 4 minutes, making sure to keep stirring in between. After nearly 5 minutes of stirring and sauteeing, lower the heat and cover it. No need of adding water. It gets done in 20 minutes or so.
