- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 pinch orange red food color

- Firstly wash chicken & cut 2 inch pieces for chicken 65 besides in a plate add all ingredients together and mix it using a whisk and pop the chicken again toss it well until nicely coated cover the fish with a cling wrap and marinate for 30 minutes maximum.finally in a Kadhai add oil generously once it’s hot set it on medium flame burner and drop chicken pieces in batches fry until it’s fully cooked.gradually fry all in similar fashion.
