Instructions to make to make Smokey chicken dum biryani

  1. Marinate the chicken at least 4to 5 hrs or a day before with curd, haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya n zeera powder, ginger garlic paste salt, add coriander n mint and marinate it nicely and keep aside for at least 4 to 5 hrs or overnight.
  2. Now take oil add all the whole spices onions fried already ginger garlic paste Lil then add on the marination cook until its done. Cover it nicely and keep it for dum on high flame for 3 min then lower the flame for 5min its ready... Enjoy with raita.
