- Slightly dry roast the sauce ingredients as paste with vinegar (if need add 1/2 tbs more) (don't add water)

- Now add onion paste, stir until brown, add tomato paste and simmer until oil separates

- Add chicken pieces stir and cook in medium flame for 10min and add the mustard sauce, cover and continue to cook in low flame for 15 min
- Now add 1/2 cup water and simmer in medium flame until chicken become tender
- Add knob of butter and serve with iddly, sana, roti
