  8. 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  9. 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  10. 2 tablespoons coriander leaves for garnishing
  11. 1 bay leave
  12. 2 dry red chillies
  13. 1 glass water
  14. Keema masala:-
  15. 2 black cardamoms
  16. 2 Kashmiri dry red chillies
  17. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  18. 2 green cardamoms

Steps to make to make Chicken keema

  1. Firstly wash chicken keema with 1 tablespoon white vinegar to remove the fishy smell drain all the water & set aside in a strainer.further prepare a powder of keema masala ingredients as mentioned above. Further dice onions.
  2. Take a Kadhai add oil & add bay leave,dry red chillies sauté for 30 seconds and pop in the onions sauté until golden then add ginger garlic paste keema and toss it for a minute Further add all keema masala & spices add everything with 1 glass of water cover the lid & cook until chicken is cooked.lastly garnish with coriander leaves and cook until oil separates.
  3. Pop it in a serving bowl and serve with onions can be enjoyed with paratha or white rice..!
