  9. water as required to knead

  12. 1/2 kg chicken or any meat
  13. 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
  14. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  15. 1 medium onion cut in chunks
  16. 1 cup water
  17. 2 tablespoon oil
  18. For gravy
  19. 1 3/4 cup Curry masala
  20. 1/3 cup oil
  21. 2-3 twigs curry leaves
  22. 2/3 cup (75 grams) coconut milk powder
  23. 3 cups water or more
  24. 2 tablespoon tamarind water

    Next add meat to the gravy. Fry until you see a little oil bubbling from sides.

    Cook curry for 15 minutes on medium flame until oil separate
